Added Mix transition time command #22

Needed for a project, wanted to share. We should probably also add the other transition prefs for Dip, Wipe and DVE (CTDp, CTWp, CTDv)

Thanks for your contribution. CTMx means to set number of frames for transition mix. The method name of changeTransitionPreview is complicated, So it should be change to changeTransitionMix.
