Where can I download the trained NER model?

A simple code read mentions it being downloaded during the Makefile, you can see the URL there. Thing is, that corpus is for the polish language, could you help adapting this to other languages? Maybe provide a proper installation README so that the code might be tested without requiring a full audit of the source tree?

It's not, Makefile runs training process.
