Remove bedrock deployment scripts

Goals

Remove deployment info from this repo that is specific to bedrock.

Implementation

• Deployment scripts now live at https://github.com/filecoin-project/autoretrieve-deploy/.
• Remove deploy folder
• also removes CD workflow task
