CheckMK Reintegration #14

Latest attempt at fixing: https://github.com/application-research/estuary-hosted-infrastructure/issues/6

I have created a 'master' branch on the https://github.com/application-research/checkmk-playbook playbook and integrated the submodule with the HTTPS link.

Just need to test this branch in AWX to make sure I don't break anything this time. :sweat_smile:
