RAM upgrade for 4 hosts #23

We've purchased 2TiB of additional RAM. These are currently slated for

10.24.0.201 through 10.24.0.204 - vega, polaris, altair, arcturus

When the time comes we'll need to migrate what we can off those boxes, then one at a time pull their sleds and upgrade their RAM.
