Cleanup/remove #arg-alerts #37

As a slack participant, the channel #arg-alerts is constantly displaying false negatives as a result of decommissioned estuary shuttles. Desired behaviour: remove the the channel, or rewire it to work with the new FDI infra.

Filtered the #arg-alerts notifications from CheckMK down to critical only so it should be a fair bit quieter, but it seems we've closed that channel now?

Hi Michael,

We have old alerts from Grafana piping in, which are the issue far more than CheckMK :)
