Make file names clickable and remove retrieval link column

Can we make the filenames clickable (pointing to the retrieval URL) and remove the retrieval link column? This will give more real estate for additional columns like deal state, and pinned state for the effort https://github.com/application-research/estuary-www/issues/118.

Also, we can change local id to id.
