This PR adds the following:

[x] prettifies css files
[x] adds a header with an animated gradient background to make it easy for different audience to know what this page is about
[ ] updates the Deals graph to make it padded
[ ] styles SP's table

closing this issue for now since I split it into separate branches to not make it too big & opening separate prs for them 👀
