Limit prefetching links to only commonly clicked links #150

Prefetching links can be overused and lead to performance degradation if prefetching is done on pages that aren't often clicked. This PR reduces the amount of prefetching links to only:

  1. Files, Upload, Pin CID, Staging, and Deals tabs in sidebar
  2. Staging zone links from within the staging page (in anticipation that they will be clicked into)
