Re-org staging zone view for readiness simplification #97

  1. Removes closing time concept from staging bucket, as per https://github.com/application-research/estuary/pull/535.
  2. Adds bucket item count
  3. More intuitive ordering of how these stats are shown (curr on left half, limits on right half). image

Note: if we merge https://github.com/application-research/estuary/pull/535 then the only readiness reason will be not being in the right storage size range.
