Provide blinded invite keys #319

As an Estuary user I want to be able to have my client users sign up for estuary keys through my parent account. The keys should not be available to seen by the parent user, only metadata/username.

Can you clarify what you mean by "parent" account? Are these all of these users (parent and client) using the main estuary instance (aka api.estuary.tech)?

I feel like the best way to implement this is creating and giving an "inviter" key to the parent. Then they could just get other non-inviter keys for their "children". I think we already have that in place, I remember @brendalee used something similar to invite me.
