update Pestuary class (estuary_url ) #25

the pestuary class should not allow estuary_url to be initialized through the user

No, disagree with this. Users may choose to run a local estuary node and use pestuary against that.

Thank you for your feedback,, I did not know you were able to run your own estuary node using Pestuary, which is really really cool.
