Support for addAnnotation(s) #45

Hey, I added support for addAnnotation and addAnnotations without rebuilding the tree. There are also 2 minimal changes:

kADCoordinate2DOffscreen changed for kCLLocationCoordinate2DInvalid as discussed in issues
widened region for showing annotations wee bit.

Sorry we never got around to taking a look at this. This is now based on a legacy code base and doesn't make much sense anymore, so I'll just close it.
