Change "word" to "kmer" in MSA chapter #296

In the most recent versions of IAB, the MSA chapter refers to kmers as words. This is inconsistent with the database searching chapter and with the new machine learning chapter that I'm working on (#292), which use the term kmer. Update this in the MSA chapter so that these are described as kmers rather than words.
