MAINT: update dependencies of everything #317

From local testing, this seems to work and looks the same as before.

We'll see if travis can pass with the updates.

Good news, travis works, bad news, it solved for a different matplotlib networkx?

false alarm, the environment.yml uses the github master to install, which means that travis is always behind by one if setup.py changes. that's why it downgraded everything
