Case study data added by paula for r_pratical and fulton

ok sorry @PBBlomquist - as per this post the rds files should go in extdata and then the data-raw script creates the rdafile in data. This way the save_data() can give users an rds file to download and we can still use the rda internally with get_data ... and no need for me to re-write the function.

@jarvisc1 i dont seem to be able to override review requirement here...
