Relates to Vietnam CS. Luong initiated convo with Vietnam on case study contributions, who responded positively. He emailed them on 16/9 that we'd be sharing a project description document with them soon.
FYI Luong updated in case studies chat on 11/9:
Today I have just met with Vietnam CDC. They are positive in contributing case studies as they have already developed some and uploaded in https://fetp.vn/elearning/ (you need an account to view the content and unfortunately they are all Vietnamese). Currently cases studies are pdf text file for 3 levels of training including basic, intermediate and advance. In term of sharing, what they need from our side is if we have a proposal that specify TOR, partners involved, benefits, responsibilities of parties, target audiences, what the case studies are using for, need assessment, piloting and feedback from learners? So basically we need to provide an official document so they can review and propose for approval. There should be not much challenge in getting approval. In addition, they mentioned that if in the proposal the TEPHINET or something similar is the PI so the process can be easier. They also mentioned if the process requires small amount of money for getting approval (~500USD), it should be also covered
