This is a really nice feature, but I don't see how we can keep these up to date. This pull is already outdated if compared to https://github.com/maxmind/geoip-api-c/blob/master/regioncode/fips10_4.txt

No feedback in +1 month, closing this. I recommending using the already returned coordinates to resolve region data.
