Ease development by not requiring to have npm watch running.

Sorry to blow this away, but my rewrite deletes this file :( Maybe we can find a better way? I think after doing npm i the dist file should be there.

Closing this. I don't use it this way anymore (--watch compiling individual files is much quicker ).
