Summary

This pull request is related to JIRA: AO-9955
Enable Apache plugin support
Explicitly pass APPOPTICS_DISABLE_HOSTAGENT and APPOPTICS_ENABLE_APACHE in Dockerfile
Daemonset configuration allows for attaching additional containers to daemonset pod, hence two containers share their network - Apache plugin can gather metrics from neighbour Apache server via localhost (no static IP needed)
