Miscellaneous Fixes #9

  1. Fix https://github.com/appoptics/kube-ao/issues/6 - Allow override of hostname as an environment variable Introducing an init script to substitute hostname_alias config value before starting the agent.

  2. Fix https://github.com/appoptics/kube-ao/issues/7 - Setting gid for access to Docker socket is not dynamic Switching to root user rather than appoptics user in the container.

  3. Move Docker Hub images from cmrust to appoptics
