IPv6 network workaround #17

The ImageJ Launcher tries to detect if the IPv6 network stack is broken, which it is/was known to be in SUSE Linux at some point, and if so, it adds -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true. I favor dropping this from Jaunch.

We can revisit this if people complain about new network-related issues after the switch to Jaunch.
