DeDRM won't remove DRM

Windows 10 PC Kindle Voyage Calibre 4.18 File was downloaded from Amazon

When I import the azw3 file into calibre there is an error message saying the metadata can't be imported, then I can't convert the book to another format.

DRM removal is successful. For the other issues, I'd try shortening the file name and switching to calibre 64-bit.
