DEDRM Not Working For me #1317

Calibre 3.1, Kindle for Mac 1.29, Kindle book

I installed the plugin but it does not remove DRM.

@lsbpub That doesn't look like a book from Kindle for Mac. If it's from or for an E-ink Kindle, then enter the Kindle's serial number into DeDRM's customization. Also, you can remove the old single file type DeDRM plugins.

@yannick-cw DRM is removed when you first add a book to calibre, not during conversion. Here's how to get a log: https://github.com/apprenticeharper/DeDRM_tools/blob/master/FAQs.md#i-cannot-solve-my-problem-with-the-dedrm-plugin-and-now-i-need-to-post-a-log-how-do-i-do-that

@ElleKayEm thanks, it was my mistake, I did not re-import after downgrading to a 4.x calibre version!

I don't think there are any other actions for this project on this Issue, so I'm closing it. Peace!
