<For some reason the DeDRM just isn't working. Is this happening for anyone else?>

Make sure you have the serial number for your Paperwhite entered correctly in DeDRM's customization. If you got the book via "download & transfer" from the website, make sure you chose the right device.

hi there, yes I made sure to add the serial number.

It's one of two things: either the serial number isn't entered correctly (try copy and paste from the website) or that copy of the book is for a different device.

Thank you, I redownloaded the files. I was pressing another device. BUT, that device's serial was also included. Maybe in the wrong slot? Where does Kindle Fire fall in the configuration?

Needs to be an E-ink Kindle, not a Fire.
