6 years ago Hello, it seems I have the same problem when using DeDRM with Windows 8. I made sure to install everything in the same drive.
Could you help me figure out what went wrong?

6 years ago @maddiepeps Must be a different problem since you did put everything on the same machine and user. I'm thinking there's something left over from a previous installation. Try completely removing Kindle for PC and reinstalling following the instructions here:
