Exponents Operation #8

The question made for the agent goes to the examples/exponents/ directory.

I think it might be a good idea to copy and commit my custom operators here? so that custom_operations.py in the al_core repo wouldn't be polluted.

Also, I just found a problem with training on batch_training_10.json, which I originally wanted to train 10 agents, but now just 4, it is very likely to throw an exception during training. But I haven't looked into details of the bug.
