Old version 9.4.18 in docker hub #125

In docker hub there is latest version 9.4.18 however it is 6 versions behind and almost 8 months old.

We have already submitted https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/7134 and are just waiting for it to be reviewed and merged!
