URL in Help Text for "Misconfigured Main" should go directly to specific page #84

Based on comments in #74, I'm going to separate out the Troubleshooting text for misconfigured main into its own page, and make the relevant help text jump there directly.

It also needs some more general text, as most of its info is specific to Google Tests.
