Building on Travis-ci.org is ceased #25

'Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.'

Reading the new pricing rules on travis-ci (and the general direction they are taking) it seems the way to go is either Github Actions or Circle CI.

Closing since builds have now been on Github CI for 5 months
