Using GH action to run tests for PR and merges to master #35

Description

I added a Github Action for testing pull requests and removed the old travis file. Unfortunately, the minimum supported version of golangci in their official Github Action is v1.28.3 which was not compatible with the current state of the repo (maybe I'll add another PR later 😉 ) Let me know if this works for you and thank you for your work!
