build: bot の workspace のビルド成果物の展開と起動を修正

bot ワークスペースがスクリプト実行後に生成するビルド成果物の配置場所が間違っていました. 正しい位置にコピーするように修正し, その変更した位置のスクリプトを起動するように変更しました.
