include sectional, AF/D region, and state information in textual A/FD (CS) #260

As a user I would like to see what sectional chart an airport is on, what state the airport is in, and what AF/D region the airport is in when I read the textual AF/D (CS) so that I can easily select which AF/D (CS) images, plates, and sectionals I want to download without having to reference any information outside of Avare.

AF/Ds are arranged by state so we can grab currentState while we're converting pdfs to text
and we can of course grab the current AF/D we are converting to get the region
the sectional an airport appears in is in the top right of the AD/F entry

IFR chart can be parsed as well.
