No more Alt Min or T/O min charts visible on plates tab #490

Ever since last database update on 1/27/2023, the Alt Min and T/O min info is no longer visible on the plates tab. I verified I have the latest "Minimums T/A" database loaded.

This should be posted on the email list not github, however this has been corrected
