When you go from Sectional to TAC mode, the drawings get magnified #496

I am in Sectional mode. I use Draw tool to enter ATIS info. Works fine. Now I switch to TAC mode. The drawn text zooms up and you cannot see the whole info on the screen.

Is it possible to have the text/drawing magnification not depend on whether you are in Sectional or TAC or other modes?
