Remove status text and move total count in place of it #18

Remove ContextLogger status: ... text since it is duplicate information with on/off switch. Move Total count:... row to the top of the screen just below the title bar so that all status related information (on/off and total count) are close to each other.

For handset device, there is maybe less space for those two together, and I will see if they can be managed.
