10/23/2021 - NA Leaderboard not Updating from Hoyolab #64

Hi,

My spiral abyss record is not being updated on the leaderboard even though my time is faster than my current record (#43 in the leaderboard at the time of writing). The first upload with a slower time succeeded so everything should be working on my end, but the leaderboard hasn't updated with my new time for over 12 hours. Would appreciate any help here. My Hoyolab ID is 76097613.

It seems to be partially "fixed" right now. The NA leaderboard is now accepting my Hoyolab record, but not recognizing character constellations and weapons (a "?" is seen on the site), thus disqualifying me from the "Global F2P" leaderboards. image

may i know what are the steps you took before submitting? because i am also currently facing the same issue. I tried waiting for 8 hours before submitting but it is still not fixed

I basically just kept trying and trying again until it refreshed - though it seems like I'm not alone in the issue of constellations / weapons not showing up
