add JS for handling preview env #235

Change description

This JS addition does the following:

checks if Preview environment is accessed (checks for ?preview=true parameter
if it is, goes through all a elements and modifies their href to include ?preview=true
if it is, checks if user is signed in
if user is signed in, displays a notification that Preview is being used
if user is not signed in, displays a notification that user needs to sign in in order to use Preview
