Front end packages out of date - React, Node #468

This PR fails because of version compatibility issues: https://github.com/appsembler/figures/pull/466 Figures front end packages need to be updated. Figures is using React 16.5 and as of today (Aug 15, 2022) current React is 18.2

Node in Figures is also out of date
