in nutmeg release in OpenedX when clicking on http://localhost:18000/figures/ i face this issue Python: 3.8.10 django-version:3.2.16 djangorestframework: 3.12.4

OSError at /figures/ Error reading /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/xblock/figures/figures/static/figures/rb16/webpack-stats.json. Are you sure webpack has generated the file and the path is correct?

Actual Behavior

http://localhost:18000/figures/ is open
