[appserver-io-apps/ameba] Create a volume test app

Currently it is not completely predictable how the appserver reacts in terms of performance if apps do grow in certain areas. Say an app with 1000+ servlets has other implications as one with 100 servlets but 400+ @Schedule annotations and an AOP advice density of 10 advises per method.

UAC:

• There MUST be an app generator which can generate apps based on certain criteria
• The generator MUST be able to scale the app in several different vectors
• The vectors MUST be as independent as possible (1 servlet and 1000 advises does not make sense)
• The generator SHOULD be used within automated performance testing

Hopefully we can provide extended data if we have such a generator. We currently cannot predict how a solution you have in mind will behave. :(
