Advanced Postgres metrics

@benedikt implemented very cool advanced Postgres metrics on top of the Ruby gem. Can we move this into the gem?

• [ ] Check what metrics we want to report
• [ ] Add the minutely probe to the Ruby gem
• [ ] Add config option to enable the probe enable_postgresql_probe (default: true?)
