We have this information for AWS EKS, but not for the other methods of installation listed on the installation page.

Add more information on deploying appsmith on microk8s/minikube which helps in deploying appsmith locally with HA.

Also, currently our helm charts work on GKE but, we never documented the steps to deploy appsmith on GKE with HA and without HA.

You cannot have HA without a PDB.

@rhuanbarreto we agree with that to a certain extent. we are anyways trying to set up pod disruption budgets in the coming weeks.

Also need to add docs for AKS as well. So far I didn't manage to get it working due to limitations in the usage of azure files and the CIFS protocol latency
