@jnikhila - What we need to mention is that even through AD and Okta link SCIM and SAML. There's no link between them in Appsmith.

i.e. They can set up OIDC between Appsmith and Okta(usually done by creating an app on Okta) and create a new app just to setup SCIM and provision users. It takes a bit more management but, users who want to use OIDC can still use that along with SCIM
