[Enhancement]: Server side filtering in tree and multi-tree select #10847

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

With the support for select and multi-select server side filtering, we also need to add support for tree-select and multi-tree-select widgets.

Why should this be worked on?

All widgets in the select family should be consistent.
