[Feature]-[Infinity]:Add Firestore "Count" Query Snippet or Widget

Summary

Due to the current Ui functionality for FIrestore query building, it is not straight forward to build a counter based widget of documents in a collection.

Why should this be worked on?

I am requesting this as a provided snippet due to:

common use case to COUNT a number of something from Firestore
multiple ways to execute this, some bad designs could lead to very costly queries
best practice baked via a provided snippet or widget would save appsmith users money and coding complexity
