[Bug]-[352]:RTE doesn't re-render whenever switching from HTML to Markdown in RTE Widget

Description

When you add a markdown text inside a default Text property of an RTE widget then change the Input type to Markdown then the text inside the RTE widget does not change.

This issue will be fixed once the following issue is fixed https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/14045

Steps To Reproduce

1. DnD RTE widget
2. Type in the following value inside the default text property of the widget: # Heading
3. Now change the value of input type to MARKDOWN
4. Observe that the text inside the widget didn't change into markdown
