[Enhancement]: Filepicker responsiveness in desktops with smaller heights #15693

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

When we click on "Select files" in File picker widget, a Modal will pop up, the close /Exit button of the Modal will either be attached or cut by Bookmarks bar

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Drag and drop a File picker widget
  2. Click on "Select files" button of the file picker widget
  3. Observe the close/exit button of the Modal pop up is cut/attached to the bookmarks bar

Don't think this has anything to do with bookmark bar. It's pretty much a height issue on smaller desktops. Will repurpose this to call it "Responsiveness in the filepicker"
