[Feature] Settings for audit log life cycle management #16008

Users would like to set up a custom retention policy for their audit logs. This would help prevent bloating of the database for large customers and allow them to follow data retention policies of their enterprise.

We had a request from a user to choose which events to configure in the logs last week. For example, since their client will generate thousands of records on active usage of the apps, they'd like the option to not log events like page.viewed which is irrelevant to them.

Audit log over here exceeding 6GB. Would love to be able to manually back things up and decide on a timeframe when doing so. This would allow quicker and more efficient restores for lesser environments.
