[Bug]: When user select "Auto height with limits" with lesser value in Max height - No scroll seen and text is out of the border for several widgets #16410

Is there an existing issue for this?

SubTasks

Drag and drop any of the following widgets, choose "Auto height with limits" in height property, Enter a longer text and observe there is no scroll seen and any text entered are out of the widgets' border,

  1. Checkbox
  2. Checkbox group
  3. Currency Input
  4. Date Picker, Input
  5. Multi tree select
  6. Multi select
  7. Rating
  8. Radio Group
  9. Select
  10. Switch
  11. Tree select

I don't think so it will be a good idea to scroll the label text. Let's discuss this is in the standup.

The issues are resolved in this PR, https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/pull/16914.
